Hello friends! I'm Mango, a lovely girl love bug who came to King Street Cats from West Virginia so that I could maximize my chances of finding the forever home that I deserve. Let me say right up front that I have certain expectations. Here they are: (1) we will snuggle (2) we will cuddle (3) we will repeat steps 1 and 2 frequently!

I’m looking for a quiet home where I can be worshipped and adored and return every ounce of your affection. I am a beautiful classic orange tabby with striking marble patterns in my fur, which of course I keep meticulously clean. 

I have big, bright almond-shaped green eyes and a salmon-pink little nose which I use to smell the whole world. As a special treat, I am also wearing a snowy white tuxedo, white chin, white mittens... and I have a warm, fluffy white belly that you must rub often when I roll over. I love to be petted and brushed. Feel me – I think you’ll agree my fur is extra-plush! It’s also medium-length, so brushing is furrrry important, and so agreeable for both of us!

I love to give head butts and engage in a lively chat with my humans. I am skittish about being picked, up but I will come up to you and reach out with my paw while taking a good long stretch – I’m told that I’m furrrry cute when I do this! I also love to give lots of licks... oops, I mean "kisses!"

I really need a home that is free of other pets, children, and loud noises. Being around so many active critters makes me nervous. At first, you may find that I startle at sounds like crumpling aluminum foil or a whistling tea kettle. With your loving attention, this will get comfortable and settle in. I like having a nice cushy chair to sit in and I’ll look for sunny places to bask and preen the day away. I am not fussy about food and I maintain a nice trim figure.  

For the past two years, I have been loved and cared for by a very committed King Street Cats family with two kids and two other cats. The other cats could sense my stress and they weren't very nice to me. My mom completely adored me and painfully concluded that a new living situation would be the best thing for my happiness. Could you be the right family for me?

I was born in February 2013 so I am four (4) years old - a wonderful age at which to adopt me as your best friend. I know I'm going to make a loving and loyal best friend. How does that sound to you?
