YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL BONDED SISTERS!
Hello friends! My name is Dawson. I am a stunning long-haired young lady seeking a forever home with my bonded best friend and sister Roxy. We found ourselves at a rural shelter in southern Virginia when we were kittens. We don't remember how we got to the shelter, but we remember how the shelter staff knew what wonderful companions we'll make and how much we deserve a forever home together.
This is why they called King Street Cats - they knew that among the many fans of KSC there will be a someone who learns about us and realizes that meeting us is going to change several lives forever.
We're at the perfect adoption age - we just celebrated our first birthdays in April 2019. We're young and yet past our chaotic kitten stage - not that we ever caused much chaos, mind you! We are well-mannered girls.
We are also lovely - everyone tells us so. I have gorgeous long fur in a warm collection of brown tones. I have honey colors running throughout my fur. Together with darker chocolate tones these form tabby stripes and swirls. I'm wearing a snowy white tuxedo and have lots of snowy white accessories. I have bright green eyes.
My sister Roxy is a sleek, plush short-haired silver girl with a perfectly symmetrical snowy white tuxedo and big green eyes in a perfectly round little face. You're going to love taking pictures of us!
I'm the quieter sister. The truth is that I'm still quite shy. Roxy is outgoing and I follow her lead. She shows me that it's good to trust our human friends. I learn from her and depend on her. I'll watch how she interacts with you and take my cues from her. If you let me approach you and then speak to me in a soft voice, I will feel safe and secure in no time.
Meanwhile, Roxy is friendly and outgoing and will strike up an immediate friendship. Don't worry - when I see this, I'll begin emerging from my shell too! I will be especially appreciative of your words of encouragement as I become less shy.
Adopting two bonded cats together is a wonderful experience. We provide each other with the same-species companionship that is enhances our well-being considerably. As I've said, I depend on and learn from Roxy. We're also able to play, exercise, groom, explore, relax and sleep together. We keep each other company and provide a sense of security during the times when you can't be with us.
Please consider bringing two lovely young girls into your home. We'll bring you twice the love and gratefulness. It's easy to get started: please send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for me, Dawson, and my bonded sister Roxy. Thank you in advance!
Beautifully yours,
Dawson (with best friend and bonded sister Roxy)
