Complete An Adoption Application

Hi my name if Judge. I somehow found myself at a big city shelter. It was very noisy and quite scary. I was having a hard time adjusting so I was sent to a foster home for a while. It was much better being in a home. My foster mom said I am  active and like  to play but also know how to relax. I also enjoy napping in the sink!  Lucky for me King Street Cats decided to rescue me and help me find my furever home. The volunteers at King Street Cats all tell me how gorgeous I am.
