Complete An Adoption Application

Hi, my name is Carmen.  I'm a sweet, petite kitty who was rescued from living outside in West Virginia.  It was scary outside!  KSC took me in to take care of my vetting needs and to love me while I wait for a home.  I'm a little shy and need time to acclimate but love to get petted.  The caregivers here at KSC are going slowly with me and I've gotten so much better - I really enjoy the attention they've been giving me.  I would like a quiet forever home with folks that are willing to pet me whenever they can!
