Complete An Adoption Application

Hi, my name is Rudy and I’m just under one year old.  I was rescued by KSC from another shelter in VA.  I was taken there after being hit by a car and needed immediate surgery.  Sadly, one of my rear legs had to be amputated but don’t worry, I’m doing just great now.  I have been treated so amazingly well by the vets here in Alexandria; they tell me they love me all the time.  I feel so lucky.  Now I’m ready for my next adventure - a forever home where I can be playful and happy.  Oh, and a friendly, young kitty friend would be just fine with me!
