Complete An Adoption Application

Hi, my name is Filburt.  I was living outside when a kind person found me and brought me to KSC.  I was not getting enough to eat so was pretty skinny but the food here is yummy and I'm gaining some weight.  I'm now vetted so I'm in search of a forever home where I can look out of windows, relax on a cat tree, get lots of love and attention, eat regular meals and not worry any more about a life on the streets.
