Hi everyone, my name is Tuli, I am so very pleased to meet you. I was found in a parking lot and couldn’t seem to find my way to safety on my own. It was tough being alone and afraid, but my situation was particularly difficult because I am a CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) kitty, and I am pretty wobbly. Imagine being very small, trying to keep out of the way of cars, not having enough to eat, and falling over onto the hard pavement just trying to walk. It was awful.

I was very lucky that a kind lady found me and brought me to King Street Cats. They were happy to help because they love CH kitties and had a foster just waiting to take care of me. It has been a few months; things are much different now and much better too. I won’t kid you, it hasn’t been all yummy foods and snuggles, though there has been lots of those. There were tummy troubles, figuring out how to eat without getting food up my nose, learning to use a litter box properly and many, many baths to clean up the results of the aforementioned tummy troubles and litter box lessons. All that is behind me now, I keep myself quite tidy these days.

I am still very wobbly put I get around and can even run a little bit, though that doesn’t always end well. I can even climb up on my foster’s bed and have found my way on to a chair or two. I like to play with soft toys and ping pong balls. I LOVE being picked up and snuggling, and will purr very loud just to be sure you know how happy I am. I am ok with other kitties.

It is time for me to find my very own family. So, I was wondering if someone who lives kind of near to King Street Cats might be willing to give me a chance (KSC only adopts in the immediate DMV area). If you think you might be my forever home, I would love to meet you.
