SWEET FRIENDLY "CANDY KITTEN" IS ALWAYS READY TO GREET FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Hello friends! My name is Bertie Bott. Actually, my full name is "Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans" because I'm named after the candy in the Harry Potter world of wizardry. I an adorable little boy who's one of four lovable kittens who came to King Street Cats with our mom, Candy Pop. Mom's been adopted into her forever home already and now it's our turn! We've been raised and socialized in a loving KSC foster home and we can't wait to meet you! Please visit the pages of my siblings Jujube, Pixie Stick and Licorice Wand while you're here - promise me, OK?
We were born in late May 2015 so we are just now approaching our six (6) month birthdays as of this posting in November 2015. While we can each be adopted individually, I ask you to consider bringing me home with another kitten from my litter, or another KSC cat with whom I would get along. My KSC volunteer friends can make recommendations - just ask. There are benefits to both felines and humans when you adopt two or more kittens together: we'll regulate each other's behavior and reign in excessive nipping, etc., we teach each other limits, we exercise each other and tire each other out, we groom, we cuddle, we comfort and we entertain each other when you can't be with us because you're off doing the things that humans do.
I look the most like my mom Candy Pop and I have nearly identical patches as my sister Pixie’s except mine are black and hers are silver. My fur is so soft and silky. I'm the largest and most “mature” of the kittens. I will now sit quietly on the floor and wait for my food at meal times! I do have an adventuresome streak and I like to explore. I like people and other cats. I do have a habit of trying to catch my foster family's pet ferret and pin her down by her neck, so I may not be great for a family with small animals that are allowed to run around. I enjoy snuggling with cats and humans, but I'm not demanding of attention and I'm fairly independent. I am a sweet and friendly guy, always ready to greet the family and visitors.
Please come to meet me and my Candy Litter siblings. Promise me that you'll visit the pages for Licorice Wand, Pixie Stick and Jujube while you're here online. We can't wait to find out forever homes and be forever your forever friends. Let's get started: send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for me, Bertie Bott. I can't wait.
Sweetly yours,
Bertie Bott
