Hello friends! My name is Ridgely, and I'm the gorgeous little girl boy from the "Chesapeake litter." My five sisters and I were born to our mom (named Chesapeake) when she was just a kitten herself. She's found the forever home she deserves. We've been raised and lovingly socialized in a wonderful King Street Cats foster home and now we're ready to find our own forever homes! My foster mom calls me Rollicking Ridgely. I promise to delight you with my constant enthusiasm for play, toys and yummy treats.  My big golden eyes gleam with intelligence and curiosity. I am ready for a home where I can run and play.  Feather toys, red dot lasers and catnip bananas would all play prominent roles in my ideal world - so would sneaks of bites from the treat bag.  I will lean up for a good head loving and I enjoy being picked up so I can snuggle my nose and chin all over your cheek.  I'm great with other pets but would also be happy to be your one and only.

Because I'm an energetic little boy, I think I'd do best in a home where any children who live with me are mature enough to understand how to behave with a kitty. When I get nervous, I sometimes want to crawl up your leg to safety; sometimes a little claw pokes out as I try to get a good grip. As I pointed out previously, I'm very smart and my foster mom is very proud of the progress I've made in redirecting my energy toward more suitable climbing surfaces. It's easy to redirect me and this is something that I'm quickly growing out of, but an immature/impulsive child might not understand.

I could not be any cuter with my jet black and snowy white ensemble. I've got velvety short fur and I'm wearing a white scarf, white tuxedo, white mittens, white boots and one white cheek. I have bright golden eyes and a matching black nose with a hint of pastel pink peeking out. I was born at the end of June 2015 so I am turning six (6) months old at the end of December.
