BONDED BROTHERS ARE BEST FRIENDS WHO SEEK A QUIET HOME TOGETHER

Hello friends, my name is Marcus. I'm here with my bonded brother and best friend Aurelius. We're practically identical twins - that's how close we are. We've been family boys for our whole lives but our humans had to give us up. Luckily we're here at King Street Cats where we know we'll find a forever family to take us home and love us.

It can be tricky to tell us apart! We're both handsome silver and white boys with almond-shaped eyes that change from green to gold depending on the lighting conditions. We've got matching pastel pink noses, but Aurelius has a wider white "blaze" on my nose than I do. That's one way to tell us apart. We have short, soft, plush silver fur with snowy white tuxedos - we're dressed to impress!

We were born to the same mom in the spring of 2007, which makes us nine (9) years old as of this posting in May 2016. We know that this number means nothing in cat-speak - we think of ourselves as the same little boys we've always been.

We were a bit jolted by the sudden change in our lives and we've been feeling a bit shy. That's another reason why we're so glad to have each other for comfort and reassurance. With the positive encouragement of our new volunteer friends here at KSC, we are becoming more and more outgoing each day. We're starting to feel like our old selves.

We love to hear our new friends tell us softly about how a kind, gentle purrson (or purrsons) will read about us online or meet us during the weekend open house hours (Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.) and recognize us for the loyal, deserving family members that we are.
