ADORABLE BABY GIRL IS THE BEST AT EVERYTHING!
Hello friends! My name is Noir, which means "black" in French. I'm a five month old baby girl who's been raised in a wonderful King Street Cats foster home with my fellow kittens. Now I'm ready for a home of my own, and I know you're going to fall in love with me!
I was born in late November 2015, so I am still very much a small kitten. I've been spayed. I'm good at everything, in fact, I think I'm pretty much the best! This includes simply being very, very cute. I'm a short-haired, silky and plush little girl with jet black fur and bright eyes that change color from green to gold depending on the lighting conditions.
I'm the best climber - I can climb eight (8!) feet with no problem. You can see me at the tippity top of my cat tree in one of my photos. I'm the best computer assistant. You can see me hard at work in my profile picture here. I'm the best at hiding! I can fit myself into the tiniest, least accessible spaces in your house - including some you might not even be aware of - and stay in there until I feel like coming out again.
I'm the best snooze buddy; I want to join you when you go to sleep. I'm the best at purring - amazingly good, in fact. I'll demonstrate for you as long as you're sitting down and not making too much noise at the time. I can still be a bit shy around people when they are walking around, but I'm growing out of that and I know you'll help to build my confidence as I grow. When you hold me and make me feel safe and secure, I will purrrrr up a storm for you.
I'm the best feline playmate. You can see me playing with my fellow kittens in some of my photos. I love other kitties - as long as they let me play with their tails. I've never met a dog, but I'd probably find them a bit boring and walk away to pursue a more productive activity... probably something I've described to you just now since I'm the best at all of those things!
This remainds me to tell you that kittens are best adopted in pairs. Having a same-species companion provides us with entertainment, behavior normalizing, exercise and comfort when you are off doing human things and cannot be with us. If you don't have a nice kitten or playful kitty at home already to keep me company, please consider adopting another wonderful KSC cat. My volunteer friends will be happy to make suggestions about a suitable companion for me!
Please come to meet the best kitten, me! It's easy to get started. Send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for me, Noir. I can't wait to come home and show you how good I am at loving you! Thank you.
Adorably yours,
Noir
