DARLING YOUNG BOY/GIRL PAIR BECAME INSEPARABLE AFTER MEETING AT SHELTER - WE TOOK THEM BOTH IN KNOWING THEY CAN FIND A FOREVER HOME TOGETHER IN A KING STREET CATS FAMILY
Hello friends! My name is Dalphine. I am here with my best friend, the handsome Willie. We are two beautiful and well-mannered youngsters who arrived separately at the King George's County shelter and became best friends. We are a bit shy given the time we each spent fending for ourselves in the great outdoors, but we've been contentedly cuddling in the same crate since we met. We're ready for our forever home together. Our King Street Cats volunteer friends know what a wonderful addition we'll make to our new family.
We are both two (2) years old, which is just about the most perfect adoption age. We are young and curious yet mature enough that you know what kind of personality you'll be getting. We have very similar dispositions - we're quiet, polite, a little bit shy at first, and very happy to purr when our human friends come to visit us.
We're also both very attractive! Willie is one handsome little guy with a charming round face, earnest eyes, spice-colored tabby marks and a snowy white tuxedo. A real feline gentleman! I am also a spice-colored tabby but I've got some honey-colored fur to spruce up my wardrobe. We both have short, soft, plush fur and bright, lively green eyes.
We like to spend time with each other inspecting and observing our surroundings. If you have a window for us to gaze out, we'll be very happy with that. We will be a but shy at first, but we build each other's confidence and it won't take long until we trust you and understand that we are finally in that place that every adoptable cat dreams of - our own home.
We'll be there to greet you and sniff you and bunt you (the affectionate head-butting whereby we "claim you" as ours!) when you return from a busy day. We won't be in your way but we'll be nearby waiting for some affectionate attention as soon as you have time.
Two cats is not twice the labor - but it is twice the love, satisfaction and companionship. We'll take care of each other when you can't be with us, and this will ease your mind.
If you would like to brighten your home and your life with two lovely young friends, we would love to meet you! It's easy to get started: send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for us, Dalphine and Willie. We appreciate your time and attention.
Can't wait to be yours,
Dalphine (with best friend Willie)
