LOVELY SHY YOUNG TABBY GIRL SEEKS QUIET HOME FOR DEVOTED FRIENDSHIP AND THE SHARING OF TREATS

Hello friends! My name is Haze. I was found outdoors foraging for food with other kitties. A kind person was feeding us so in spite of my shyness around crowds, I decided I'd better stick around to take advantage of the nourishment!

My risk paid off in a way I never expected - not only was I fed but I was introduced to King Street Cats and welcomed into the famliy. Now I know I'll have a safe, loving indoor life with a special King Street Cat fan whose days would be made brighter by the presence of a shy, quiet and unassuming young friend - me!

I'm still shy because I needed to be on my guard when I was on my own in the great outdoors. I wasn't sure who could be trusted in an environment where one has to compete to survive. Now that I'm a King Street Cat, I have loving and patient friends teaching me how to  trust and come out of my shell.

And I like it!

One of my favorite things to do is sit quietly with a gentle and soft-spoken friend who will feed me treats. I love treats! I enjoy my treats and bond with my friend at the same time. I purr and seek out my friend again - and savor the praise and encouragement I receive for my willingness to reach out. 

We're proud of my progress and know that it will accelerate greatly once I'm settled in a quiet home where I can explore at my own pace and quietly approach you for affection (and treats and compliments!).

I'm two (2) years old with my whole life ahead of me. I am a lovely short-haired plush tabby girl with mackerel swirl patterns in my dark chocolate coat. I have bright eyes in a pale green that sometimes show hints of gold. I'm wearing a snowy white "tuxedo" for extra style.

Consider how rewarding it will be for both of us - and come to meet me. I may be shy if it's a busy adoption day or if there's a lot of background noise but this doesn't mean that I don't want to go home with the patient, loving purrson who's right for me and decides I'm right for him or her.
