PLAYFUL BABY GIRL WITH THREE PAWS SEEKS ATTENTIVE HOME
Hello friends! My name is Bethany. I'm a tiny tripod - that means I balance on three paws because I'm missing one of them - who's bursting with life and energy. I'm looking for an attentive purrson who's got a lot of love, patience and discipline to help me heal and share in my abundant happiness!
I was found alone as a teeny kitten in Maryland. I was introduced to some very kind shelter friends who placed me with a foster family. My foster family noticed that my right front leg was bothering me. I got the x-rays I needed and the decision was made to amputate my that limb.
But this is noooo problem for me! I was a high-energy, happy girl before my surgery and I'm the same now. I get around like a champion! If you've never met a tripod kitty, you are going to be very impressed. There is nothing I can't do.
You already that know that it's kind of hard for kittens to type, right? It's extra hard with just one little velvety paw, so I'm having a friend type my story for me. And guess what! This friend adopted a tripod from King Street Cats six years ago. It was one of the best things she's ever done. Every day is happier because of her fabulous tripod fur baby. I know you'll say the same thing if you adopt me.
I looooove zooming around in pursuit of toys. I like to stalk, hunt and chase things. I am a high-energy girl and I need a home where my special purrson (or people) can provide me with a consistent amount of structured play time so that I can expend my energy and also learn how to slow down and enjoy more restful attention and affection.
I'm as cute as can be with jet black and some dark chocolately fur, an innocent little face with big bright eyes, and some very cute expressions that will melt your heart. I'm going to celebrate my first (1st) birthday this spring, and I can't wait to run, hop and dance around to celebrate - hopefully in my own forever home.
If you would like to meet me, please contact my friends at King Street Cats so we can arrange a time to meet. It's easy: send your email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for me, Bethany. I can't wait to amaze you.
Playfully yours,
Bethany
