Domestic Short Hair : : Female
Cassiopeia is the very epitome of the adage “big things come in small packages”. She started out as the runt of the bunch, with a cute stubby tail that she wagged like a dog, but even then, it was clear she was the leader of the pack and the feistiest of the bunch. Though we’ve never had the chance to clock her, we think she could reach (black) panther speeds if given the opportunity. She’s always the first one to the door of the foster room in the morning, ready to try her luck at escaping, and she’s virtually impossible to photograph because, if she’s awake, she’s in motion. But she’s also warm and affectionate and loves to be scratched and brushed and showered with attention. Around the house, she’s completely fearless, totally unfazed by other animals (including the two chubby senior cats in her foster home) and she loves to explore new territory.
