Billie, like her namesake Billie Holiday, is unique and iconic. She has a strong sense of independence, sets boundaries, and communicates well. Her favorite game is playing chase with her brother, sisters, and foster uncles. She likes to sit next to her humans and siblings for afternoon naps and evening snuggle time
