Hi, my name is Lucky Philip.  I had been feeding outside at a kind ladies house for several months but when she suddenly passed away I had no food source.  I ended up at a local shelter where luckily for me the folks at KSC decided to help me.  I'm a friendly, laid back guy who loves human attention.  After a trip to the vet and a substantial dental I'm ready now for a quiet home inside where I can be your only pet and the center of attention.
