My name is Tinsel.  I was found living in very bad conditions in DC and luckily for me I was rescued by someone doing TNR (trap, neuter & release) work there.  Phew, I’m so grateful!  I’m a friendly girl and the caregivers here have been taking great care of me.  I look forward to finding a forever home and would do fine as an only pet or maybe with a friendly male kitty.
