My name is Jay Jay and I was returned to KSC on 7-23-11. I'm a beautiful calico girl who was born in mid-2003. I was originally here in March 2008 with my babies when we were rescued from a public shelter. I was very lucky to be saved with my babies. I was five years old at the time and had been having babies for many years. So KSC took me and helped me. I was then adopted in January 2009. I was then returned because my family brought in a young un-neutered male kitten who chased me, bit me and terrorized me. What is sad is that this kitten gave me FIV, a virus that impacts my immune system, and my family never took me to the vet for check ups. So once again, KSC came to my rescue, took me to the vet for a thorough check up and is caring for me. So now that I have FIV, it would be best if I was adopted to a home with no other cats or to a home that has a FIV kitty. I could even go to a home with a friendly dog. Please do not fret about FIV. As long as I stay indoors, eat healthy cat food, get lots of love, and see the vet yearly, I can live just as long as cats without FIV. I've had a rough life and now just want a home that will love me, spoil me and consider me a part of the family. Is that you?
