Domestic Short Hair (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Adult
Hello! My name is Heidi, and I am a special young girl. My mom Mimi and I were living with a family in Section 8 housing where pets weren't allowed. We had to find new a new home so that they wouldn't lose theirs. That's where King Street Cats comes in. We are each available for separate adoption, but please consider whether you might love us as a pair. I'll explain why I love my mom so much in a second. I was born in December 2011, which makes me a one and a half years old. I'm a very beautiful girl with tabby-style markings. My soft, short fur is mostly a combination of a sandy beige with a nice grey. I have dark accent marks and swirls, too. I've got the cutest nose - it's cinnamon-colored with a black outline and has a little bit of snowy white sprinkled on and around it. I've also got a snowy white neck and "tuxedo." Don't forget my bright, spring green eyes! I was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, which is known by its initials as "CH." You would call me "a CH kitty." This is a condition that makes me wobble a bit when I walk. Sometimes I look a bit uncoordinated. CH is non-progressive, which means that it does NOT get worse over time. I'll stay the way I am now. My lifespan is normal - the SAME as any other cat. CH has no effect on my lifespan. My feline mom Mimi has helped me grow into the lovely young girl that I am. For this reason, I love her very much, although we don't have to be adopted together. Nonetheless, my mom - I mean "Mimi" - has her own page. Please be sure to check her out. Her photo is shown here too. We are both friendly girls looking for special, caring humans to give us - either separately or together - the forever home we dream of. In return, you're going to get a lot of love and companionship. Please email our friends at contact@kingstreetcats.org to get more information about me or Mimi, or to arrange to meet one or both. We both thank you! I was adopted 12/12/13! Love, Heidi must be adopted with her mother, Mimi (adopted).
Heidi's mother, Mimi (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
