Complete An Adoption Application

WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH THIS LITTLE GIRL LOVES HER HUMANS!

Hello friends, my name is Dani! If you are looking for a soft, short-haired little girl who has an excess of love to lavish upon her human(s), then drop what you're doing right now and make plans to come and meet me! I do not know the definition of the word "shy!" 

I came to King Street Cats when my time was up at another local shelter. I'm so grateful for my second chance that I'm going to make sure my human has no doubt whatsoever how I feel about him or her! I'll give you an example, OK?

I have volunteer friend who's helping me type this to you because it's hard for me to hit the space bar on a keyboard even though my paws are as cute as can be. When this friend came to visit me, I gave her just long enough to set down her belongings and then I leaped into her arms! I figured she needed her arms free to greet some of my fellow felines here, so I strategically repurposed myself as a lovely scarf around her neck, thus freeing up her hands. When she sat down, I snuggled into her arms again and soaked up all the affection I could. I kept an eye on her the entire time she was here even though I may have looked like I was napping. This was part of my plan because as soon as she finished with one kitty, I'd wake up like lightning and cut off whomever was next in line to get back into her lap. 

I didn't mind all the other cats she was petting, as long as they knew I was #1 in line for all the loving. This is where we got the idea that I would make a fabulous "alpha cat"  or possibly your "one and only," or at least first in line when it comes to your affection. 

I also LOVE toys! I love to run, chase, leap and roll around with ribbons and other toys on the ends of wands. I love these toys so much that... guess what I did... I grabbed the toys and dragged them, one at a time, under my secret hiding place! It wasn't that secret since the other playful cats could still see me, but when they came to see about taking a toy back, I pulled that toy further into my little lair. Ha ha! I am smart girl.

As you can see I am a short-haired silky girl with jet black and snowy white fur and lively almond-shaped green eyes. I have a cute pattern on my face that sets me apart from all the other black and white cats who are trying to be like me! I'm the perfect size and shape for a lap warmer, too.
