SWEET, MELLOW GIRL SEEKS PURRSON(S) TO SHOWER WITH HER LOVE AFTER OWNER PASSES AWAY Hello new friends, my name is Raija. I came to King Street Cats with my lifelong feline friend Uncle Sammy following the passing of our human. I'm now living with a wonderful KSC foster family. My new friends at KSC and my foster family see what a mellow sweetheart I am. They promise me that a loving home will be mine once again. I have a mellow and sweet purrsonality and everyone agrees that I am a pleasure to have around. In fact, here's a quote from my foster mom: "She is so darling. I adore her. She thrives as a single 'diva' girl." I love to sit on my foster mom's lap and soak her up affection. I am a lovely lady with light brown fur that's short and soft and decorated with deep chocolate tabby markings. I was born at about this time in 2005 so I am 10 years old as of this posting in 2015. I love my naps and beauty sleep, and you can see that I was enjoying just that when the photographer came to take my picture for you! I do have lovely, almond-shaped golden eyes into which you can gaze when I am awake. Purrrrrrr! I have a lot of love to give and a lot of living to do. I know just what it means to be a loyal and loving companion to my human(s). I'm looking for a quiet home where I can relax, enjoy the sun, and keep tabs on you to make sure that everything's OK in your world. I love to be near you and bask in your company. I would be thrilled to find a forever home with a purrson who is at home a lot! I arrived at King Street Cats having been declawed, so I will rely on you to give me the safety and luxury of an indoor life and always protect me from aggressive behaviors (human or animal) that might cause me to want to defend myself - I can't do that without claws so I rely on you to do it for me.
