Complete An Adoption Application

Hello friends. My name is Perrier, like the bottled water. I am one of four tiny kittens form the "Water Kitten" litter. My siblings Dasani, Pelligrino and Evian were found with me in someone's backyard when we were only about six (6) weeks old. We came into the loving care of a King Street Cats foster mom who has taken wonderful care of us. We were born in May 2015 so we are about four (4) months old as of this posting in September 2015. We would do best if we could be adopted in pairs or as a group.

I'm just a baby girl right now so I am still extremely shy and easily scared - but I am very loving. I am dreaming of a gentle, patient purrson who will understand me and help me blossom into my best little self. I don't like to be picked up or hugged. It will take me a while to get acclimated to my new environment because I am easily spooked by sudden, loud movements and noises. I hope you can understand that as a tiny six week old baby outdoors in the "wild" without my mother cat, I had to develop these instincts to keep myself safe. Lots of love and attention from my fantastic foster mom has been a great way for me to overcome my skittish nature with people. When I feel safe with you, I will let you know that it's OK to pet me by coming to you.

I love my siblings - they help me feel safe and they model kitten behavior for me. I learn from watching them - especially watching them interact with other humans. This is why it's so iportant for me to be adopted together with at least one of my siblings.  Furthermore, two young kittens adopted together teach each other about the bounds of acceptable kitty behavior by moderating each other's antics and instincts, they comfort, entertain, exercise and tire each other out. They cuddle and groom each other. They generally keep each other physically and psychologically well when you are off doing the things you need to do every day. I love to play with my siblings, run and sleep. I like scratching posts with dangling feathers. I'm very quiet and you may not see or hear me, but I will just appear and make you very happy when I choose to spend time with you. I like to explore cool, dark spaces. After all this activity, I'll be very happy to fall asleep and cuddle with you or one of my siblings. My foster mom assures me - and wants to assure you - that you will truly enjoy having me as part of your family.  In case you don't want to take my word for it, here are some more adjectives my foster mom uses to describe me: PLAYFUL + AFFECTIONATE + GENTLE.   Will you help me with my shyness?
