A huge thanks to WUSA9 Great Day Washington for giving us the opportunity to showcase some of our kittens on June 26. Volunteers Lisa and Kerry did an amazing job as the adorable Smuckers, Skippy, and Fluff made their TV debut.
The segment discussed Kitten Season and the massive influx of pregnant moms and/or kittens into shelters and rescues at this time of year. We can only rescue those precious lives if we have foster homes in which to place them.
